"Paid £1.50 more for the confirmation message but they never sent me one except emails. Also, the driver came on time but he was waiting in front of a wrong building, it may not be taxicode’s fault as I could have not given the exact number of the building however, the person I was talking to should have gave me the driver’s number/WhatsApp so that we can be sure where eachothers are waiting and so on because of that we waisted nearly half an hour which almost made my appointment late. Overall, lack of information supplies everything was great. Thanks :)"
